You're constantly surrounded by dimwits, dullards and - worse - those who think they're clever. He's Not Wrong ThoughBeing one of the smartest men in the entire kingdom can be a lonely affair. But oh, man - it feels so good when he does it. Who, despite being his nephew, is probably the most dangerous guy to try and put in his place. Hater of JoffreyTyrion isn't one to step in and intervene where he's not wanted, but he does makes tremendous exceptions when it comes to Joffrey. Plus there's, you know, whores and booze and stuff. For every moment alive brings the possibility of things turning out better. Still, he'll take living over dying any day of the week. Lover of LifeDespite his family's vast piles of gold, Tyrion hasn't led the easiest of lives. What does the future hold for "The Imp" now that he's the most wanted man in Westeros? We'll have to find out when Game of Thrones returns to HBO next month. He often uses his family's wealth to get out of scrapes, but he's also - twice now - headed off into battle expecting to die. All while using his cleverness and cunning to survive in a harsh realm that - most of the time - wanted him dead. From the finest bed chambers to the dankest dungeons. As the oft-shunned son of the mighty Tywin, Tyrion's experienced soaring highs and miserable lows. And it's fitting now to look back at some of his best gold coins of wit and wisdom in Westeros considering that in the Season 4 finale we saw him get the hell out of dodge. And we thought we'd kick things off with some sneaky, snarky Tyrion Lannister action. With Game of Thrones: Season 5 just a little more than a month away from its April 12th premiere, it's time to start the countdown clock. ![]()
